This is not America's war!

This war on Iraq that Bush claims is for the betterment and safety of the American people is no longer an American war, it is a war ran by an administration hell bent on spreading its agenda throughout the world. There is no longer any difference between Bush and the men he criticizes like Hugo Chavez, Kim Jong Il and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, they are all men who are enforcing their agendas on people in unethical ways. The three latter are imposing their political ideologies on their people through open force. Bush is masquerading as a freedom fighter behind a false mask of freedom and patriotism when he actually only stands for lies and totalitarian capitalism. Bush recently said on 60 Minutes that he will proceed with his plans of a troop increase in Iraq regardless of what the American people or Congress wants. This is not a man who is in line with the people that elected him. This is a man so prideful and arrogant that he is endangering the lives of every human being on this planet. Now the White House is saying that an attack on Iran is not out of the question. When will his imperialism stop? Not every problem can be solved with military force. For some reason, Bush believes that every world problem can be solved by the United States alone and that democracy is the only answer. China seems to be doing pretty good. They are alleviating poverty and their economy is growing faster than that of almost all other countries. I am not saying that Communism is the answer either, but it does work for some nations. It would not work for America just like democracy probably wouldn't work for China. Along with Bush's comment on Iraq, we have his head crony, Dick Cheney, coming out and saying that the Iraq war will not be ran by a committee. What the hell do you call a democracy then Dick if not a committee of minds coming together to do what is in the best interests of the people that choose them to govern? I love my country. I love my people. But I am sick and tired of the Bush administration pushing our country closer and closer to a totalitarian dictatorship. We must stand up for our rights. Our right to read without fear that someone is looking at our library records. The freedom to talk on the phone without being listened to by our government or our calls being tracked. The freedom to speak out against our government without fear of criticism. The freedom to have our mail delivered without being tampered with by an imposing eye. Bush has removed all mediators in this and proceeded to spy on his people without the knowledge of our courts. He has violated the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the trust of the American people. He has transformed himself from a President of the American people to a ruler of the American nation. If the American people do not stand up and take back our great nation, we are at risk to lose everything our forefathers fought for and I for one am not willing to let that happen.
